Fees for Service

Mediation Services*
Neighborhood: Free for City of Portland residents
Individuals: $60/hour for joint mediation sessions, plus an additional $50 case development fee.
Businesses: $90/hour for joint mediation sessions, plus an additional $50 case development fee.
Family: Per-session fees are based on a sliding scale. No family will be turned away for inability to pay

For all mediation services (except for neighborhood cases), clients will be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee if they fail to show up without 24 hours advance cancellation notice.
Facilitation Services*
$90/hour for case development, scheduling, sessions, follow up and facilitation process design consultation.
Education Services*
Community conflict resolution workshops: $100/hour (includes curriculum customization, presentation preparation, and handouts. If workshop exceeds 10 hours, an additional $250 one-time pre-workshop preparation fee will be added to hourly rate.)
Basic mediation training (non-volunteer): $800/person
Bilingual basic mediation training (Spanish/English): $5500 up to 10 participants; $500/additional participant (38-hour bilingual basic mediation training includes two bilingual trainers, role-play coaches; & training manual for participants in English and Spanish)
Individual coaching/mentoring*
$60 /hour
Organizational consulting*
$90/hour or custom bid
School Peer Mediation Training*
Includes curriculum customization, presentation preparation, and handouts. Travel & lodging outside of Portland area would be additional.
Elementary school: $575 8-12 hours + 3 ongoing skill building sessions
Middle school: $775 12-18 hours + 3 ongoing skill building sessions
High school: $975 15-20 hours + 3 ongoing skill building sessions
* 20% discount for nonprofit organizations
