Mark Fulop

About me: I am trying to improve as a husband and father, working with my family and friends to live lightly on the earth, fight for community, equity and peace and promote health and empowerment. If my kids follow me, I’ll know I succeeded.

Why I joined the RNW Board: My passion for peacemaking, my spiritual roots, and my commitment to community. RNW reflects a passionate and skilled staff working to make Portland a more equitable and just community. The power of community mediation, conflict facilitation and youth empowerment and conflict prevention is worthy of my time, money and support.

My current career: Professionally, I work as an educator, community organizer, facilitator and trainer who is currently employed at the Multnomah County Health Department’s Environmental Health Services.
