What I do at Resolutions Northwest: I'm the Director of Mediation Services, which means that I get to work directly with inspiring and skilled staff members on very cool programs and projects and leave the really hard administrative work to the Executive Director.

What famous person (living or dead) do you most identify with and why: Frida Kahlo, not so much because I identify with her (thought I wish I could) as much as I admire her strength, feminism, politics, art, intelligence, beauty and passion.

Grew up in Salt Lake City with 6 siblings

Fall, winter, spring or summer and why? All of the above--seasons, which is one of the reasons I love Portland (a little snow in Portland would really round things out for me).
