Space is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
Schedule
Wednesday, August 12, from 3-5:30pm PT
This is a remote training via Zoom. You can see some introductory videos on working with Zoom here. Ways you could participate:
- Computer with camera and good internet access
- Phone with camera and good internet access (standard data rates may apply)
Preparation
This session will ask you to self-reflect, to receive feedback, and to practice offering feedback to others. How will you engage your fear, defensiveness, shame, or other reactions? You can always leave the workshop if it becomes too much – but we trust that you can survive this coaching experience! 3 things that might help you show up ready:
-
- Exercise, do some stretches, have a family dance party. Drink some water.
- Call to mind something that brings you joy, peace, or fulfillment. Notice how this makes you feel.
- Think about all your wonderful intentions. Now set them aside. Write the words “impact” and “outcomes” and stick it to your computer.
If any of this will be inaccessible for you, please contact us after you register so that we can help figure out how you can participate fully.
