This space is open to Black, Indigenous, and brown leaders; though, this session is designed as a learning space for white leaders.

Attend this workshop if…
You’ve begun to implement racial equity practices in your org.
You know racism and white supremacy culture exist and disproportionately harm and impact Black, Indigenous, and brown people.
Reading books aren’t satisfactory and you want to put knowledge into action.
You are ready for active practice and coaching with support from facilitators.
Our Expectations for Participants…
Share Perspectives – express how it feels trying to lead for racial justice in the skin you’re in
Reflect Critically – consider who is being most impacted and how white supremacy shows up in your workplace and internally.
Engage Actively – practice interrupting and giving and receiving feedback, while discovering ways to decenter white supremacy culture.
Show Up Authentically – dress comfortably, bring food and beverages, share your space with those around you, takes breaks when you want to.
Keep Video On – let us know if you need a break for privacy or accessibility needs
Join us to build your will & skill for interrupting racism!
Do Not Expect…
A packaged training or businesslike strategy session. This will be a facilitated conversation in small groups full of practice and feedback.
Accessibility Needs
We currently offer AI (artificial intelligence) services – Rev for captions and Otter for live transcription. We are consistently improving accessibility to our workshops, content, and events as we learn and grow as an org.
