Northwest is committed to preserving your privacy and safeguarding your credit card and other sensitive information. The following statement describes the general information-gathering and usage practices of our web site and donation service.

Collecting personal information:

When you make a donation to Resolutions Northwest, we collect a variety of personal information about you in order to properly process your donation. This personal information may include: name, address, phone, email address, your credit card information, “acknowledgement” or “in memory of” information, and donation amount. We do not share or sell this information to others. If a donor chooses to make a recurring donation, you will be registering to make a credit card donation every month, 3 months, year, etc. (the time period and number of recurrences is up to you). After you complete this initial donation, future donations will be made automatically.

Your satisfaction with Resolutions Northwest’s services and products is important to us. The following is our refund and exchange policy:

Trainings, Classes, Events:

100% cancellation refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, is available until 14 days prior to event 0% cancellation refund less than 14 days prior to event.

RNW reserves the right to cancel a training, class or event. Should an RNW cancellation occur, a full refund will be made within 10 days of the date of cancellation. Exceptions to the refund policy may be made based on documentation of extraordinary circumstances, including medical. Request for exemptions due to extraordinary circumstances should be submitted immediately; however, no requests will be considered 30 days beyond the date of event in question.

Products: Full refund or exchange if item(s) returned in same condition as when purchased within 14 days from date of purchase. Defective goods will be exchanged for the identical item if returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Shipping can only be refunded if the return is a result of an error by Resolutions Northwest. 1-18-2013
