Restorative Justice (RJ)

A practice focused on changing systems to address harm meaningfully and to undo systemic patterns of institutional racism and oppression.

Overview of RJ

In this work, we analyze the ways we show up and take space, interact and react to conflicts and actively oppose systems of oppression. Collectively, with anti-racism and anti-oppression work, it cannot be separated, because RJ without equity is neither restorative nor just.

While RJ addresses conflict, harm, and systemic injustice, it is also an opportunity to build, maintain, and repair relationships in order to form healthy, supportive, and inclusive communities.

Most of all, it’s about recognizing the impact we have on those around us and holding ourselves accountable through supportive methods!

Facilitating dialogue, workshops, and restorative processes, our restorative justice team helps you address the conflicts and oppressive dynamics in your spaces.

This means, co-creating processes and goals that support your needs through education, collaborative activities, personal development, and more.

We help you address the conflicts and oppressive dynamics in your spaces, through group dialogues, education, policy and analysis, collaborative activities, personal development, etc.
