LANDLORD
& TENANT MEDIATION

Landlord Tenant Mediation (LTM) is a program for tenants, landlords, and property managers looking to resolve conflict and improve communication.

Our focus is to keep people housed through eviction prevention methods such as coaching and mediation.

*We do not provide legal information and we do not enforce any laws. However, we can offer resources.

What Landlord Tenant Mediation Addresses

Conflicts come in many forms and can look different in each situation. When the mix of landlords, property managers and tenants come together, communication can sometimes be challenging.
